Note: Use a clean system without Apache / Nginx / PHP / MySQL already installed. CentOS 7.X is recommended for BT Panel.

My classmate's server, he started it in college. Now the company has business, so I bought his. The Hong Kong server is very stable and the price is very affordable. I have used it for half a year, no problems at all.
I am a vocational high school student. I don't have much living expenses every month, but I run my own blog. Currently, I am using Jingyun's US AS4837 server at 15 yuan/month, which is very stable.
Personally, I think it's okay. I built a mail server. It took almost a month to build up the reputation. Now I can send about 500 emails per day. The IP test for anti-spam has no blacklist. I give 4 stars, 5 stars for fear he gets complacent haha.
