Activity Rules

1. The group buying activity is created by the group leader, who needs to pay the balance first to become the group leader. The group leader is also a member of the group and will be included in the number of members; the group buying is officially established after the group leader pays; members need to find enough users to join the group.

2. Members also need to have an account balance of 新区云 to join the group. To protect everyone's interests, they cannot quit halfway. If they have joined the group but the number of members is not full, and the group buying fails after expiration, the balance will be returned to the account.

3. Within the specified valid group buying time, when the number of participants meets the group formation number condition of the group buying (i.e., the number of participants is sufficient), the group will be successfully formed. At this time, instance resources will be created in the user center, waiting for official review and activation.

4. The cloud products in this activity are no different from the instances purchased normally.

5. Products in this activity do not support refunds during group buying. If a refund is required under special circumstances, it can be fully refunded to the balance after successful or unsuccessful group buying (10% of the product will be deducted as liquidated damages if a refund is required after successful group buying). Note: Products including the word (Residential) are not supported! Please consider carefully.

6. For this group buying discount activity, user group buying is not included in the referral commission plan.
